Three ways to get new customers on a budget
All are known, and certainly some of them and their company is performing. But wondered if done the right way? Are you getting real results with them? We explain below the keys to proper implementation thereof.
1. Telemarketing.
It is a great tool when used correctly. Not only for its effectiveness but because nowadays companies can not afford the cold door. Who is going to attend without an appointment? It is by appointment and sometimes fail. It is therefore important in any marketing department have a dedicated person to the conclusion of visits with potential clients. Own business can be engaged once a week, a person solely dedicated to it or be outsourced to specialized companies.
What is the key to work? A good database of potential clients, make contact with the interlocutor for our needs, having developed a clear focal sales arguments, with a good value proposition, a good education to the person who made the calls on the company, its products and service and perseverance. Success is assured.
2. Public Relations (PR) - Social Networking
Surely if you analyze your customer base, a good portion of them have come up with the contacts. Hence its importance. In all sectors the difference today between a product and another, one service to another is sometimes difficult to perceive. But what you can convey is the personality of the heads of business, professional, friendly treatment, and so on. In a globalized world, that we make a difference. Thus, we must take advantage of any professional event, fairs, meeting to talk with attendees, handing out cards and look for synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
And not forgetting that these relationships should also maintain our current clients (sometimes so forgotten the loyalty). It's good to go periodically keeping contact with all customers, even those for which we worked on a single project, as you never know when they can return to need a new service.
3. Leveraging the company's Web
The website of the company is currently one of the best marketing tools available to the company. We all know the first thing we do when we want something is to look on the Internet. If we seek a new provider, etc ... go to Google and look up your website. The first impression we get from there. We therefore recommend be updated at least every two to three years because the website content and design are out of date over time. And, because the customer needs or how to communicate it, together with the greater experience of the company and its customers, we can redesign the content more attractive to potential customers.
And not only have the website is basic, but also give it high in major search engines, and sectoral databases that will help us improve the ranking of our website.
An attractive site with good positioning can make our potential clients find us. So get to be who we contact them directly (via email or phone) to see things and ask for budget. And all without leaving the office.
Consider if you are performing any of these actions and their results. Implement improvements to those who believe that they need and if you have any questions, consult an expert who can advise you without any commitment
