Characteristics of Building Rehabilitation Program

At least 50% of owners / as the property must not exceed 2.5 times their annual income on IPREM

The budget protects not exceed a total of € 10,000 / € 14,000 housing or in the case of works of structural adjustment.

The beneficiary will receive technical assistance and drafting documents and construction management.

Aids

The beneficiaries of this program receive:

Technical Assistance for the preparation of projects or technical documents required and for supervision of works.

A grant of 75% of protected budget (7,500 € / Housing. Or € 10,500 / Housing, in the case of works of structural adequacy).

May be qualified to borrow a maximum of the amount obtained by deducting the amount of the grant budget protected.
