Mild Depression - should mortify and expect the worse?
What is a mild depression? There are many types of depression that are categorized according to how much a person shows symptoms, the main symptoms of depression are the following:
• Sadness over, without any reason
• Lack of courage, energy, the person seems to be terribly tired all the time.
• Inability to rejoice at nothing, not even for things we loved before.
• No interest in your family, or friends of any kind.
• Anger permanent
• State anxiety
• Inability to concentrate
• Loss or increase in appetite
• Insomnia or changes in the sleep cycle, ie awake at night and asleep during the day.
• Feelings of guilt or being a "good for nothing"
• Feeling sick constantly, but have nothing physically.
• Negative thoughts, pessimism or indifference.
• Want to permanently look like suicide death.
If the depression of less than 5 person shows symptoms for at least 2 weeks, is considered mild or minor depression, in other words, minor depression is similar to major depression, because it only has 2 to 4 symptoms, without But if this is not depression can last for years and worse, turning serious.
