The Industrial Revolution is closely tied to advances in science and technology. Therefore, the Men Agriculture has been a slave in a transactional relationship with management. Landowners want for their entrepreneurial spirit.
Problems have been caused. There were few experienced managers and skilled workers. Wages have been kept deliberately low. Immigration growth of fungi. Uncertainty about the work continued. The government has neglected the workers, and big business has ignored them. The discipline and motivation has become problematic.
Therefore, workers took over the situation. Some workers started hurting companies breaking Equipment Company. This was called "Smashing Machine." During this period, critics have argued that capitalism had robbed the workers of a golden age of equality and freedom. America achieved great wealth. America had become a more culturally diverse. However, workers were considered little more than machines for Big Business. Where are we today?
